My family have a 2008 Lexus LS, we were wondering if the Lexus Dealer can update the Navigation in the car? Also how much it would cost thank.

Yes, the sealership is the only that update it and should be an hour of labor, Lexus dealers are anywhere from 125.00 to 175.00 and hour...

It's expensive to do so. Plus the factory Nav system isn't all that great. Cheaper to purchase a handheld Garmin Nuvi and use it when you need it.
