My turn signals will work fine and then don't. I've checked the fuse and even replaced just in case.

Most turn signal problems that act like this can be traced down to the switch, contacts wear down to where sometimes they make connection sometimes they don't.

I just had the same thing happen on my GMC, a little inward pressure on the handle and they started working, sprayed some contact cleaner in the switch now it works but most likely not for long, going to order a switch and replace it.
