2009 Toyota Camry

I have a 2009 Toyota Camry and when I go to start
the car it cranks for about 4 to 5 seconds before
actually starting. Im not sure where to start. I live in
Virginia Beach and its pretty cold but arent cars
ment ti withstand different temperatures? Idk, any
advice would help. TIA

First I would make sure the fuel filter has been replaced in the last 30K miles or so. If that doesn't help, have it scanned free at an auto parts store for problem codes, as it may just be needing a tune up. Being ten years old, the fuel pump may not be producing enough pressure and might need replaced. For now, cycle the key to "on" twice before cranking up. That will make it prime up before trying to crank/start.
