Check valve stem seals, add an additive to the fuel which will help seal them up to prevent oil from going into the head gaskets and consequently, burning the oil thus creating the smoke.

smoke was coming from exhaust ,just for like 10sec and stopped,i have used it today too no smoke came even during the morning startup ,coolant level is full

SOME smoke from the tail pipe upon start up may be a normal condition resulting from condensation in the exhaust system. Is your engine using excessive amounts of engine oil?
