2008 Mazda 5 Body Work

I have a 2008 Mazda 5 with 61,000 miles on it.  There is one area of rust in the wheel well.  I got a quote of $1,500 to repair it.  Is it worth it?

I doubt it. Can you live with the rust and is this the only rust on the car? If you see rust one place there is probably more rust getting ready to pop out.
