HOW TO UNLOCK REAR OVERHEAD CONTROLS FOR A/C

Turn the rear temperature control knob counter clockwise past the off position. It will then allow the rear controls to be used.

That worked thanks. But something must be blocking my rear vents. No air flow. Any suggestions on that?
