Do all ford xlt trim pkg trucks include power door locks and windows?

Looking at a used Ranger xlt trim. Have owned numerous fords over the last 30 years.
Dealer is telling me that this ranger xlt did not come with factory power locks although it
has power windows. find this hard to believe. Any comments??? Any ford xlt trucks I have
had always had both pwr lcks and windows.

no some off road models did no not. It was also an option from some dealers
