Power steering pump failure

I have a 08 grand cherokee Laredo diesel with 260,000 Kms the steering is tight when
moving slow such as parking I am on my 3rd power steering pump!!!!! Changed pump
last year it was fine until now not hearing any whining noise like pumps do when they fail
and yes got proper fluild from dealer can anybody on here shed some light on this tks

The second one was done at dealer new and it failed last one I got used it a Diesel engine 260,00 kms
