Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This occurs every morning when I put the car in reverse.  It also seems to happen when I
take my foot off the gas at higher RPM's(+4k).  This is the worst when I just start the car
up in the morning and at the end of my work day.  It also is worse during the colder
months.  Someone please help!!!!!!
