Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Water coming in during rain next to brake handle flooding driver area.  Tarp
put 1/2 over hood, 3/4 over roof with tarp hanging over sides.  Water still
comes in during rain.  Any suggestions as to why and how to prevent this?  
Garage not an option.

Maybe it's time to go full tarp?
