I ran the engine with not oil for 1-2 minutes and now it won’t start

I made a huge mistake and forgot to put oil back in
after I drained it!  . I cranked up the 2008 Odyssey
and didn't make it out of the driveway. It seems like
I should have at least made it down the street, but
the engine stopped. I checked the codes with a
reader and it read P3497 VPS stuck Off bank 2.
VPS stuck off.  The serpentine belt spins and it
looks like each wheel it goes around is also
spinning. It sound completely different now...like its
a hacking cough. It also sort of sounds like its lost
pressure. I see no oil leaks.  Any ideas? P3497 says
"Rocker Arm Oil Pressure Switch". Would that keep
it from starting?  
When I turn the key the rpm go to 400-500.  It just
sounds like it’s not engaging or no compression
maybe.
