My Chrysler Technical Service Manual, revised January 2010 says the following: P0137 Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2) P0138 Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2) P0157 Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2, Sensor 2) P0158 Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2, Sensor 2) Possible causes: Bad o2 sensor (Bank 2 Sensor 2)- Wiring in contact with exhaust components- Engine running rich (if other codes are present)- Holes in exhaust causing PCM to over-rich engine resulting in an abnormally high Bank 2, sensor 2 reading -Short to voltage on signal circuit- Bad PCM. Technician must run required sequence check prior to attempting any corrections to system. Technician must be sure that fault is not on sensors themselves, as there is the possibility of a grounding issue in the circuit lines. I don't know if this will help you in any way but, as you can see, the cause may be just a bad ground connection and not the sensors
