Dodge Charger want start can someone help me?

My Dodge Charger want start. It started up, but then when i  cut it off it wouldn't start again. The dashboard lights is not showing up when i try to start, the car want say nothing. It want move out of gear. I also turned the key in the door 3 times to the left, but it still wouldnt start. Could it be the starter relay fuse?

My car is having the same problem as we speak. I went to dodge and purchase the starter relay and tried to jump it several of times but, nothing. i'm really fustreated with dodge.
