Timing chain

I have a 2008 charger with a 2.7 I set the timing
back in time on the engine and it want start what
could that mean ?

I'm having the same problem with my 2.7 v-6 Chrysler 300.. I change the water pump ,timing an both cam chains.. put everything back together my number 1 fires then stop 7 revolution later it hit again .. please someone help me
