How do I drain the fuel tank on a 2008 Mazda CX-7 turbo.

I need to drain old gas out of the fuel tank after the instal of a new engine.  
The new engine sat for 2 years with gas in it.  I just purchased it and drove it
about  100 miles unaware the old gas was never drained.  Thank you in
advance.

Really the only way to get all the gas out, is to drop the tank...
