When you go to remove the battery you must install a saver tool to keep the factory presets alive during battery replacement, if you don't well you see the results, so now you to have it towed to,the dealer and have the system reflashed to match the vehicles vin to bring all the accessories back online. This all started back in 2005. Most owners manuals have a warning about this in the battery section.
