I am a Mechanic working on a Tiburon and I am puzzled

I am working on a 4 cylinder Hyundai 2.0L and
recently did the head gasket. I have also installed a
new timing belt, I have aligned the corresponding
marks on the camshaft and crankshaft. It has a
rough Idle. It is pulling a P0016 engine code and
codes for cylinder misfires. I need help ASAP!
