Never ever needs replacement. Sometimes timing guides can go bad and make noise or become lose or broken. Then should replace timing chain otherwise it's something you never have to touch or deal with if it isn't broken. There is no change interval. Should last for the life of the car with regular maintenance. Lucky you.
