Am I entitle to ask for my money back???

Bought an used  Honda Fit 7 days ago now, the day the car was picked up
the
driver ( my daughter) said that temperature light has come on and off a few
times during the trip home, about 40 miles, spoke to seller and after back and
forward conversation, he said to bring the car down to a honda dealer for a  
diagnostic at my expense,now after it was done turns  out that it is over
1,500.00 $ to fix plus other issues with separate things like AC no working
plus,
please help me to understand my rights, there was a 30 day warranty paper
on the window when purchased been under 100,000 miles

well if the automobile has warranty (usually motor, transmission etc) then you should be entitled to your dollar back. you should have explained the malfunctioning motor's problems and left the automobile with the dealer as it should be up to him to sort it. As for the AC you should have noticed this before handing your money over (you probably could have got it cheaper and haggled him down) the AC probably needs a re-gas $1500 to fix it! sounds like he has had you good. best thing you can do is get rid of it for as much as you can.

Did you buy from a dealer ?if so you may have a complete with him .now if you bought from a p party you buy as is .so you didn't cheak the air ?better get a second opinion. Look for a good place to get the workdone,Honda dealers tend to be High,also some times the cooling gets some air trapped get the air out no more problems.
