2008 Hyundai entourage

I was driving not going fast. My
battery light and break light came
on and flickered then all the other
lights came on and the van stauld.
Wouldnt start unless I had a jump
start . Then it wouldnt last long
and did all the same things 20 to
50 feet down the road. What is
going on?

Probably alternator quit charging...if u can take it out and have it tested

Mine did the same (2008 Entourage)replaced alternator and it still does the same thing

You may need to check the ground strap from the battery. If you lose ground these electrical problems may result. After taking the vehicle to the dealer for new battery and alternator and an Ok its fine it wasn't able to travel from Chicago to Williamsport Pa. with AC or the ability to keep a charge even though the alternator was generating 14+ vdc. I replaced the ground strap to a different bolt on the engine and frame.it works flawlessly, no more goofy lights or false indicators and check engine..
