Fuse box in 2008 Prius Touring?

2008 Prius Cigarette type charger under dash on passenger side doesn't work.  I think it's a blown fuse.  Owners manual shows fuse box by driver's left leg but no such box in this Prius.  Any ideas on where it really is?

I have an 08 and there are 2 at least 2 fuse boxes under the hood up against the firewall . Good luck!!!
