First make sure the dome light switch is not turned on, it happens, if that is off then locate and remove the dome light fuse until you can get to a shop and have it checked out, have seen door latch switches go haywire but the door panels have to be removed to check them as they are now part of the latch assembly.

Is there any relay of dome light to replace inside or outside fusebox. What will you suggest?

My fob remote does work only for open the car door lock.but if you do lock the car doesnot work.what will you suggest?

It sounds like there could be a programming error in the vehicles body control, but the only to know for sure is to have the dealer check it out, and if there is a programming problem the only place that can fix it is the dealer. This usually happens if the vehicle has been subject to a voltage surge or drop out. With a Prius it would hard to tell unless the power went totally out for the gas powered part of the vehicle.
