Just replaced the water pump in my 2008 Durango
4.7L  it's running a little rough do I need to change
the plugs and also now the gas light came on it
won't turn on could it be battery or something else

Unless you had a had a head gasket leak; changing the water pump shouldn't have affected anything else.

where any vacuum lines or wires missed when replacing the water pump ? Better check the work , scan for codes
