HELPPPP! TOW HITCH PROBLEM

Hi I recently purchased a tow hitch for my 08 Jeep
Liberty and I tried installing the hitch but there is
some type of bar that is screwed in to one of the
port holes on the cars hitch that goes to the left
back tire and I cannot seem to understand what it's
for or if I can take it off.

Call Eckhart Trailers, they've been in business since 1944... They will help you.

get a pro to install that hitch- even if it is a U-haul place- an amateur hook up sounds like an accident waiting to happen-
