If the key will not turn over - if it feels like the key is 'stuck' and will not turn, it means the mechanism for the key fob has failed. there should be a message on the dashboard that says the key failed. It is an easy fix but the car needs to be towed to the shop and the part replaced and then the key needs to be reprogrammed. happened to me.

my manuel solved this, if key reading is not accepted and car wont start, turn the key to off position, then to on, press the remote button, lock or open, then start your car!
