I am looking into purchasing a 2008 A4 Avant S-line is there anything that I should be
aware of? I currently have a 2001 BMW 325 xi Wagon.

Did you get the car you wanted? If you are looking for the B7 generation, the 3.2L V6 NA engine has the least customer complaints as compared to the B7 2.0T or S4.
