Dodge Caliber Instrument Cluster

Asked by Jun 18, 2017 at 08:41 AM about the 2008 Dodge Caliber SE FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 08 Caliber and a wrecked 08 Caliber I had
to use for parts after an accident. They have 2
different instrument clusters, one with tach and
one without. Im looking at switching the two.
Question I have with this being electrical will this
be compatible? And will the odometer reading
stored in the computer transfer to the new one?

That is quite interesting I have a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and my traction stability light comes on and if I'm in park it will not allow me to take it out of park unless I turn off my vehicle compress the brake pedal first then it all allow me to put it into gear but once I'm driving the light will stay on I just don't know if it's safe to drive it like that or not but I was also told that the tipm fuse was going out never heard of that before and I've taken it to several other mechanics and ask them if they've ever heard about it but I'm guessing it's something that the Dodge dealer only knows of
