Where can I get the chart for transmission fluid temp to mm needed to be a proper level

All you that are about to tell don't or cannot do it.  I have no choice.  bought used and it overheats on freeway in 41 degree weather level ground going 65.  Adding a tranny cooler.  One of finned cylinder  double pass 24 inch long.

What tranny do you have, 5-speed Magna T355 manual 6-speed Aisin BG6 manual 6-speed Getrag DMT6 manual CVT Jatco JF011E automatic
