My 2009 chrysler town and country radio went off after battery replacement. After resetting the radio as follows is working perfect. 1.Discnect the black on the battery with no key on .If nothing then Recconect the black. Turn on ingnition shut it off and leave the key with the switch open. Then disconnect black again . That did it for me. Some times also it may need a WIN replacent usually when radio shuts off while on. Hope it help many of you.
