Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am told that it might be  the tcip module or relay.   Where is that and how do you get it out? Also told I need to use a scan tool to locate the fault? Help!!!

I'd start with the fuse and/or relay they are located under the hood. It could also be a broken or corroded wire. As far as the tcip module you won't be able to do anything with it once you do find it without a CHRYSLER scan tool.

Thanks for the answers, but you haven't told where exactly these points are under the hood. Are they under the fuse box, and how does it come out without tearing something up? Thanks.

Yes, they're inside the fuse box under the hood. They just pull out. You might be able to just take them out with your fingers. If not use pliars.

the connector upstream of your tailight, the first one before the socket
