I purchased a 2008 Toyota Avalon which has a back window screen. I cannot get it to roll up - any suggestions?

There is a button by the trunk release but it will not roll up the screen.  I have checked all the fuses with no success.   Thanks for any help.

Click image.... All I could find is it will not roll up if car is in Reverse. And Just to double-check you checked the correct fuse ...Page 349 -350 http://www.toyota.com/t3Portal/document/om/OM41433U/pdf/sec_04_03.pdf

Read Page 273 also. It has "Customization that can be configured at Toyota dealer" Other words former owner may have not liked it and had it manipulated in settings to not go up except in other circumstances. If all else fails pull switch on dash and see if you can jump the wires, by-pass switch. See what happens.
