Transmission slipping 08 hhr automatic 2.2l

My hhr is slipping slightly from 2nd to 3rd gear
until it warms up anyone know why? Am I low on
fluid or worse?

When warm tolerances may close up due to thermal expansion. I would change the fluid and add some Lucas transmission fix and Maybe you will get some more life out of the transmission. Maybe.
