Will my 18 in oem wheels fit on 4 in suspension lift from rancho?

Question type: Car Customization

I'm thinking of buying the 4 in. suspension lift from rancho, but I have read that oem wheels wont fit after the kit is installed. If this is true why, and are there possibly adaptors that I can install to reuse the oem wheels? Wright now I'm running a 315/70/18. Torsion bars are cranked. Tires don't hit. I'm just looking to put some more space between the tire and fender. I might put a body lift in too.

If you don't want to get a wider wheel you can get a nice set of Billet Double Hub-Centric Bolt On Wheel Spacers. But I would suggest at least looking at wheel options from XD with offset designed for lifted trucks. All the geometry caster, camber, and toe gets altered with a lift and that means that if the alignment shop can't return factory specs your stock wheels may actually rub more after the lift.
