what would cause no spark on 2007 v6 4.0 mustang with auto trans

I have no spark on my mustang car was running until I changed transmission  now ALL
seems to have died/quit working I can find no pinched/cut wires fuel relay will not turn on
ifs switch is working all fuses are good all relays are good

ground wire not making good contact, check the positive wires to the starter, take a set of jumper cables hook neg post on battery and other end to the block see if that makes a difference if so it is a ground issue. Check ignition module make sure plugged in good.
