Fed up with noise got worse yesterday so stopped by Mitsubishi service paid 34.95 fee and they found that it was one of the blades on the cooling fans(the two that are right behind front bumper) stones fly up and one tip of blade was half cut so that is what was causing noise. To put in a new fan is costly as you have to take off front bumper. Tech said not worth it he just clipped loose part off and no more noise.
