If its anything like my Chevy there is most likely a lower fan shroud you can remove. Should be just some small bolts under the car that hold it to the frame, and a few that hold it to the upper shroud. You get that out of the way and you should be able to reach the hose clamp that holds that radiator hose. You may need to use a decent sized pair of channel locks and grab the hose by the radiator nipple, very lightly if its a plastic radiator and use a twisting motion to break the hose loose off the fitting. Hope this helps.
