Which fuse need to be replaced in order for my rear tail lights to work?

I just replaced the whole pigtail wiring for my tail light on a 06 buick lucerne. My brake light and blinker still do not work. Is it a fuse? The guy at the parts department said it wouldn't be if my driver side back tail light works. Confused!!!
