2008 pontac grand prux gxp gauge

I just installed a new furl pump on my 08
grand prix gxp and now my fuel gause is
reading full when it is almost empty, i have
double checked my work and everything
looks where it should be, i dont want to
buy a whole new fuel pump is it possible to
just buy the fuel gauge or switch gauges
with my old fuel pump

probably switch the old gage is possible but you may have somehow got the float assembly flipped over reversing the sender action
