That is the reason the car will not start because the security code is coming up, nothing to do with a fuse. Your mechanic has to clear the security code first. If he does not know who to do it , I would take the car to someone else....

you need a real technician for that kind of problem
My mechanic said a security code of some kind keeps coming up The car cranks but won't start its not getting gas
