how is the outer lower exterior door panel attached on a 2008 ford taurus x??

panel came loose at the rear of the car door How do I put it back to stay?? TIA

Not sure not my car. I saw it in the dark, but pretty sure it's not glued. car belongs to a very good friend would like to help her out
