I"ve replaced my calibers and pads and still would get non retraction ,it would grind or rub ,come to find out that the brake hose were falling apart only after 80,000 miles and fragments from the hose wouldn't let the calibers to totally retract had to replace the hoses and another new set of calibers with a system flush

found that the brake booster is the most common repair for this problem. It is a rare problem but i have ran into it on multiple different vehicles.
