Why can't I reply to inquiries about my car?

I’m having a problem replying to inquiries about my car for sale.  Specifically, I try to reply to inquiries on the cargurus.com website but nothing shows as being sent.  In other words, my sent email box is empty despite the fact I’ve replied to several inquiries.  Further, I haven’t received any follow up from the inquirers which indicates they aren’t receiving the message.  Can you help me resolve this issue?

Which Altima is yours.? Location and mileage will do. I will send you an "I am interested" and you reply and lets see what happens.
