You either have a broken motor mount or a bad misfire. Running at a higher RPM can make misfires less noticeable or the misfire goes away, but when at idle it becomes pronounced again. A tune up may take care of the misfire, you can also stop in at any parts store and have the OBD trouble codes read for free, there may be something else going on causing a misfire. As for engine mounts, you have to visibly inspect them, that might be better left to a professional.

I have the exact same issue with my 2013 Impala. I discovered a loose heat shield on the front catalytic converter. I hit it back down with a rubber hammer. Issue fixed.
