I have a 2008 chevy impala with a 3.5 flex fuel v6. When the car sits 8 hours or more it has trouble starting. It turns over but takes a while to catch. When it finally starts it runs fine.

I have the same problem with my 2008 impala. I have replaced the battery and the plugs but it did not help. If you figure it out let me know because i am sick of starting it every 4 hours!
