Where can I find a cheaper thermastat sensor then at a dealership

Asked by Scott Feb 20, 2012 at 11:53 PM about the 2008 Chevrolet Impala LS FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was told I need a temp thermostat because of the reading of th code said so,I want to
know th best place to get it,can I put it in myself  can more things go wrong if I keep driving
it for a  Little while until I get the money together?

as long as is not running hot it wont hurt engine , if its running to cold it will just use more gas

You can buy it at any local parts dealer.Not sure where you live (US or Canada).Pep boys,Canadian Tire.
