Mercury Mariner sputtering

I just changed my spark plugs and coils on my 08 Mariner along with manifold
gaskets.  And now the engine sputters while at a stop light.  Its never done this
before the change.

Car is probably doing a re-learn. You may need to do a drive cycle procedure to make sure all systems are in ready mode.
