I use my car as a race car and when running it it cuts out after a certain amount of laps. What should I change or look at to get rid of my problem? Temp runs about 210 so it's not getting too hot.

Could be a weak fuel pump, or a bad ignitor. Not knowing your mods makes it hard to figure out what could be bad.
