why do i need to jump everytime i gas up?

my 2007 ram 1500 hemi has new battery. i have no problems except a few gas cap codes 456 &457 and gascap. i
amable to start it everyday,  and every where, but as soon as i stop to get gas turn off the truck, fill up but
wont start? ! i have to get a boost, and am fine until i need to gass up again? stopping and starting is no
problem any other time

do you leave the car running when filling up? could be a sensor for gas fumes. But I´m not sure if the Dodge has it.
