Can I make a starter from a1993 Mustang fit in a 1970 Ford F100 pick up truck

Depending on your ingenuity and determination you can make anything work. Just like people who put chevy 350 motors in bmw's, if you want that starter to fit and you can fabricate you can make it work.

I will agree with your "dont think so" answer. It is unlikely that someone will do it, however, it is absolutely possible. I never said it would work right or last long, just that it would require extensive modification but it can be done. It would be better to just get a starter made for the truck but I'm assuming Misty wants to, for a lack of a better term, "Frankenstein" this truck.
