2003 Infiniti G35 Making Loud Clunking Noise Going Over Speed Bumps and Making Turns

Hello all. I'm trying to find information on what could be causing my 2003 Infiniti G35 Sedan to make quite a loud clunking noise when going over bumps and also while making turns. I really notice it the most when going slowly over speed bumps and while making 90 degree turns at a stop sign/light. Any information or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Have the suspension looked over at an alignment shop. Could be a broken shock or strut, bad sway bar end links or sway bar mount or even loose exhaust.

Thank you, Bob. I forgot to mention the noise comes from the front of the car, on both the driver's side and passenger's side.

With that being a rear wheel drive car, that eliminates CV joints on the front unless it is an AWD model. First thing I would do is take a very close look at the front sway bar and the exhaust. Certainly it could be something else.
